All online Feldenkrais classes are grouped into 8 week courses unless stated differently.

Audio Recordings of the Online Group Classes
Revisiting the classes with the help of the audio recordings supports the embodiment. All audio recordings are available for purchase for the participants of the course after each season. Each course includes 8 audio files. The regular price per course is £80 / 96 EUR.

Revisiting the Awareness Through Movement lessons with the help of the audio recording supports the embodiment. For the participants of the Online Feldenkrais Intensive Course are the audio recordings included.
Online Feldenkrais Private Classes
In total I am offering a maximum of 10 Private Classes per week. Get in contact to check my availability. Please inquire if there is another time you would prefer and I will do my best to accommodate you.
You are able to book a single private session with me. However I do offer packages as I believe it is important to work intensely over a shorter time to get long lasting results.
